Property has always been a passion of mine, when I was younger my Uncle owned buy to let properties, this sparked my imagination and enthusiasm for property. I knew as soon as I could get into the property market I would. My apprenticeship was in Electrical Engineering, so when we purchased our first property I wasn’t afraid to get stuck in and start the development process.
This has expanded over the years with various different projects and buy to let properties.
The difference is we don’t focus on the returns, we base our business model around the product, and what our customer wants. We are a design led property company, all the design work is taken care of prior to completion. The floor plans are done, we have already decided what paint to use and what colour the walls are going to be.
The furniture is modelled on the floor plan, even the very fine details. This has a massive impact, by saving time when the completion date arrives, speeding up the process and also ironing out any issues that could potentially arise.
CS3 Properties is a Norwich based property company who now solely focus on investing in properties that can be re modelled into the highest quality student accommodation.
We believe that delivering the best quality product possible is key to creating successful long term investments. We pride ourselves on using our years of experience and vast network to always be one step ahead.
Over the years we have developed a well-established network of third parties that support our growth to ensure we can capture prime market opportunities including legal teams, construction teams, regulatory bodies and accounting services, this ensures we can execute quickly and efficiently.
Property management is in house, this reduces costs and ensures that we are always the first to hear of issues when they do arise. It also helps to differentiate us in the marketplace, our tenants love our hands on approach.
We are now commencing our 10th project, with more in the pipeline – having built on our experiences to date we are now looking to continue revolutionising student living in Norwich with the support of new investors.
